Since working for his Dad for $2.00 per hour shoveling dirt as a 12-year-old, Jason Bennett has been around site work and pipe installation nearly all of his life. Bennett Contracting was founded in 2000 as a two-man operation; today the company offers full-service site work for commercial, residential and industrial projects.

Bennett Contracting is licensed as a Class “A” Florida Certified General Contractor, Certified Underground Utility Contractor and also holds a Class 5 Underground Fire License from the Division of State Fire Marshal.

Jason Bennett holds a bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering Technology from the University of Southern Mississippi. Prior to starting the business, Bennett worked as a superintendent, estimator and project manager for other construction companies in the area.

Bennett Contracting, Inc. is located in Bradenton, Florida, and has worked on various projects along Florida’s Gulf Coast including job sites in Tampa, St. Petersburg, Brandon, Parrish, Ellenton, Bradenton, Sarasota, Nokomis, Osprey, Venice and Placida.
