SAFETY

The safety and security of our employees and others is of the utmost importance to Bennett Contracting. The company employs a safety manager who is certified in OSHA training to oversee an on-going safety and hazard communication program. The program, which incorporates the company’s logo, is titled “B SAFE.” It is administered through safety meetings, job site visits, safety incentives, awareness stickers placed on equipment, machinery and hard hats and an annual training program. Bennett Contracting is a drug-free workplace and most of our employees have achieved their 10-hour OSHA safety training certification and CPR & First Aid Training.

Every employee of Bennett Contracting, Inc. is responsible for creating and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. In addition, employees are encouraged to recommend and implement ideas for preventing injury and reducing safety risks and hazards. Bennett Contracting, Inc. complies with the duties of employers as set forth in the OSHA Act through the U.S. Department of Labor.
