Project Description: With the golf course already built and completed, The Ritz-Carlton Members Golf Club required the final utility infrastructure, connections and entryway road to be completed in just three months time. Project included sanitary sewer including two lift stations and a force main connection off-site, domestic water main system and a winding roadway through the pristine and natural Florida palm scrubs. The roadway work included the addition of a turn-lane at the project’s entrance and the project was completed before the grand opening event.

Time Frame: 3 months
