ALINARI AT ROSEMARY PLACE

Project Description: Alinari at Rosemary Place is an upscale condominium development located along US 41 in downtown Sarasota . Bennett Contracting handled the entire site development package including clearing, excavating for pile caps, grading for the building pad, balancing of the site, sanitary sewer system, underground domestic water and fire systems, excavation and sculpting for pond with liner, asphalt paving and base work.
