DAUGHTREY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

Project Description: The Manatee County School Board enlisted Balfour Beatty Construction to build a replacement school for the aging structures of Daughtrey Elementary School on 63rd Avenue. Bennett Contracting worked as the site work and utility contractor for Balfour Beatty to execute the clearing, hauling and placement of fill material for the building pad and parking area, sanitary sewer system, underground domestic water and fire systems, retention areas, asphalt paving and base work.

Time Frame: 19 months
