Pennsylvania Station – Tempus Facility

Time Frame: 12 months

Project Description: This multi-phase commercial development is being built for Tempus Lifestyles in Manatee County. Additional offices and buildings will be leased by the owner. Bennett Contracting handled all site utilities, as well as earthwork and sub-base for the asphalt paving contractor.
