SUMMER COVE

Project Description: Situated on the Intercoastal waterway, Summer Cove is an upscale condominium development with 45 residences tucked into two uniquely designed buildings near the pristine sands of Siesta Key Beach. The site was formerly home to one of Sarasota’s favorite restaurants, The Summerhouse, and the property takes it’s cues from the modern and beautifully renovated structure of the restaurant, which will serve as the community’s clubhouse.

Time Frame: 21 months

“This was our first time working with Bennett Contracting and we truly appreciated their teamwork on the Summer Cove project. Building two high-rise buildings on the waterfront is never easy, especially with less than four acres in total. The site utilities were complex and the demands of a fully-staffed construction site made the site grading and earthwork a challenging endeavor. We were impressed with Bennett’s ability to perform under these conditions.”
