Tiffany Plaza

Project Description: Existing condominiums and developments on Longboat Key are required to comply with a new Town ordinance to install fire and domestic water backflow preventers serving their buildings by the end of year in 2008. Tiffany Plaza required coordination between Town officials, the Fire Department and the property owners. Bennett Contracting worked closely with all of the representatives to get the backflow installed and certified as required.

Time Frame: 5 Days
